IoTalents Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Control-M Administrator / Support SME to manage and enhance the Control-M scheduling platform in an enterprise environment in Singapore.

You will handle platform administration, automation, integration support, upgrades, and L2/L3 production support, working with cross-functional teams to ensure stability, availability, and efficient operations in a 24x7 setting.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years hands-on Control-M Administration / Support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Automation API.
• Experience in HA/DR and production support.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Control-M Enterprise Manager, Control-M Server, and Agents.
• Manage configurations, security settings, calendars, resources, alerts, notifications, and escalation mechanisms.
• Monitor platform health, connectivity, availability, and performance.
• Perform upgrades, patching, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct post-upgrade validation and resolve issues.
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot platform-level incidents affecting scheduling services.
• Support HA/DR and failover activities.
• Work with BMC Support on issues and escalations.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation.
