Job summary

HCL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Control-M Administrator / Control-M Support SME to manage the enterprise scheduling platform, optimize performance, automate tasks, and drive integrations.

The role requires 24x7 support with shift rotations, on-call incident response, disaster recovery activities, and close collaboration with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure stability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Control-M Administration, Enterprise Scheduling, or Platform Support.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers and Agents.
• Experience with upgrades, patching, migrations, and HA/DR.
• Experience with Control-M Automation API.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix administration.
• Scripting with Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and Shell.
• API and integration troubleshooting in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain integrations between Control-M and enterprise applications, APIs, monitoring, and ITSM platforms.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, API, and configuration issues affecting integrations.
• Develop automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices to improve deployment consistency and operational efficiency.
• Support Control-M Automation API and Job-as-Code (JaaC) implementations where applicable.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Control-M platform and integration-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Support change, release, and problem management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Participate in major incident management, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity exercises.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational standards, and security policies.
