Job summary

LINKS HR SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Contracts/Project Administrator in Singapore to support MD in RFQ responses and tender management.

You will prepare pre-tender documents, contracts, and monitor progress payments, while coordinating with main contractors and clients. The role requires at least 5 years in civil works, strong negotiation and leadership, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Efficient with strong analytical skills; able to work independently.
• QS or Contracts background advantageous.
• At least 5 years experience in Civil Works.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Managing Director to respond to RFQ from local and overseas clients.
• Coordinate pre-tender documentation and responses to tender clarifications and amendments; attend tender meetings.
• Prepare contract documents and manage contract administration; review commercial aspects with clients and sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Managers with monthly progress payments and ensure successful progress claims.
• Attend site meetings with project staff as required.
• Assist in preparing variation orders and maintain records of changes.
