Job summary

ARRAY ENGINEERING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Executive to oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality on site in Singapore.

You will monitor expenditures, support budget planning, coordinate with business units for maintenance, attend site meetings, and report weekly and monthly results to teams, while collaborating with contractors and site teams to ensure timely delivery and project support.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintaining high service quality.
• Monitor facilities management expenditures, track utilisation, and support budget planning to ensure financial discipline.
• Coordinate with business units to perform ad hoc/scheduled maintenance.
• Attend weekly site meetings with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to teams.
• Coordinate with contractors/sub-contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of results.
• Provide project management support as required on other projects.
