Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Contracts / Procurement Manager in Singapore to lead contract administration, procurement and bid processes for architects, engineers, contractors and vendors.

You will partner with project teams to develop RFPs, negotiate pricing, manage tender events and ensure compliant contract documentation, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and timelines in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management within construction projects.
• Proven ability in contracts administration and procurement management.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement and contract administration for vendors.
• Conduct prequalification and bid analysis with pricing negotiations.
• Manage contract development, finalisation and administration.
• Create and manage RFPs, POs, change orders and invoicing.
• Track tender steps from prequalification to post-tender negotiations.
• Draft contracts and collate contract documentation.
• Oversee post-contract management and client advice.
• Collaborate with project management and cost teams.
