The role covers main contracts, subcontracts, procurement agreements and project commercial documentation, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely deliverables. You will review contractual terms, tender documents and specifications, identify risks, prepare notices and variations, coordinate progress claims and final accounts, support

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma required.
• 8+ years in contracts, commercial or quantity surveying.
• Strong construction contract/subcontract administration knowledge.
• Experience with progress claims, variations, EOT claims and final accounts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Good Word and Excel skills.
• M&E construction or infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage main contracts, subcontracts, procurement agreements and project commercial documentation.
• Review contractual terms, tender documents and specifications.
• Identify contractual, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare notices, variations, EOT claims, loss and expense claims and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate progress claims, payment responses, variation orders, subcontractor claims and final accounts.
• Monitor contractual deadlines and obligations.
• Support negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain proper contract records, correspondence and claim substantiation.
• Support tenders and contract negotiations.
• Assist with contractual disputes and project close-out.
• Guide junior QS/contracts staff where required.
