Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a contract management professional to design contracts and oversee outsourcing initiatives within the Digital and Intelligence Service. You will ensure effective execution, governance, and compliance while coordinating with the Section Head on surveillance and resolution.

The role requires strong communication skills, independence, and the ability to manage large data sets, with appointment commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Education in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement, logistics, or contractor management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder advisory skills.
• Ability to manage and analyse large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Design contracts and develop scopes of work aligned with outsourcing requirements.
• Develop and enforce processes to manage contract execution and lifecycle.
• Conduct periodic reviews of contract performance and KPIs.
• Ensure contract governance and compliance, including enforcing obligations.
• Provide guidance on internal controls and best practices in contract management.
