Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a Contract Manager to establish and manage commercial transportation service contracts for the Army and SAF. The role involves end-to-end contract processes, tendering, and contract signing, with a focus on compliance and value realization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying
• Good understanding of finance guidelines and procurement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and price assessment
• Education in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract establishment and renewal process, including approvals, scope of work, tendering, evaluation and signing
• Monitor contract value consumption and KPIs, LD clauses and other contract mechanisms
• Manage staff to ensure discipline and work ethics
