Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Windows Desktop Support specialist to join a 4-month contract serving the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) in Hong Kong. You will support desktop infrastructure, troubleshoot Windows OS, and assist with hardware and software issues under InfoTech’s headcount.

Responsibilities include daily helpdesk tasks, routine administration, and ad-hoc projects as directed by the supervisor. Security vetting is required and prior government exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting and maintenance of Windows Desktop and related hardware and software.
• Experience in Help desk call handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Firefox, Chrome.
• Security vetting is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF.
• Assist in providing routine support to HKPF's desktop infrastructure including Windows Operating System (OS) and related hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issue in Windows environment.
• Handle daily office administration and clerical support.
• Preform any other ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor.
