Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is hiring for a cybersecurity specialist to support the HKPF through a contract role. The position focuses on security monitoring infrastructure, SIEM/WAF deployment, and incident handling for mission-critical systems.

Strong problem solving and documentation skills are essential, with certifications preferred. The project requires security vetting prior to duty and involves 1st tier operations, patching, and coordination with stakeholders in security

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cyber security, SOC operations or related fields.
• Technical expertise: SIEM & WAF tools.
• Experience with security documentation and report generation.
• Experience in load balancer technology is an advantage.
• Experience in SDN technology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security monitoring infrastructure, including PAM, SIEM & WAF solutions.
• Develop detection rules for security tools.
• Firewall management including managing rules for network traffic control.
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and remediation reports.
• Perform regular patching for the above systems during non-office hours.
• Provide 1st tier support on mission-critical mid-range systems on a roster basis if necessary.
• Handle production incident timely.
