Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support/Customer Service professional near Havelock MRT. The role is a 1-year contract with a monthly salary up to SGD 3,600 and hours 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

You will process customer orders, ensure pricing accuracy, coordinate with factory and logistics teams, handle payments, and manage import/export documentation while maintaining CRM data in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant sales support, order management, logistics or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure PO pricing matches quotations / agreed pricing.
• Coordinate with factory on pricing, order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Expedite orders to meet customers' required delivery timelines.
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with Accounts Receivable when required.
• Arrange shipments according to customer instructions, including Incoterms, forwarder and delivery details.
• Prepare and coordinate import/export and customs clearance documentation.
• Issue debit / credit notes where required.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment status.
• Maintain customer and project information in internal systems / CRM.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and quality-related matters.
