Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement Officer for a 1-2 month contract in Dover, Singapore. The role covers end-to-end procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and purchase order activities, with invoice reconciliation support and audit-ready documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field and has at least 3 years of relevant procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in a school, facilities, property or corporate environment.
• Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, supplier management and invoice reconciliation.
• Proficient in relevant procurement systems and digital tools.
