Job summary

Dover Court International School (Pte.) Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to manage end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase orders, supplier management, and contract administration.

You will support digitalisation and workflow automation, contribute to data governance, and collaborate with the Deputy Head of Operations, Facilities Manager and Finance to ensure timely procurement and value for money.

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement experience across sourcing, RFQs, POs and supplier management.
• Ability to evaluate quotations for quality, price and delivery.
• Experience implementing procurement digitalisation and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to invoicing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate supplier evaluations, contract administration and documentation.
• Support digital initiatives, data governance and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and end-users to ensure smooth procurement workflows.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
