Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a temporary Procurement Assistant in Singapore for a 4-month assignment with potential extension. Location is primarily Tampines with occasional travel to Dover Campus. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 4:45pm. Salary up to SGD 2,500 per month.

The role focuses on tender management, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support to ensure timely procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Procurement Tender function - scheduling project meetings during the tender stage, site show rounds, tender clarifications, and generating management reports for approval.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and build solutions to manage purchases; resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Guide requestors to define requirements and scope before sourcing from the market.
• Prepare ad hoc tender and administrative paperwork (draft Invitations to Tender, letters of award, etc.) and ensure supplier compliance with College policies.
• Take on other duties with similar responsibility as requested by line manager and College.
