RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a procurement assistant for a 4-month assignment in Tampines with occasional travel to Dover. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Procurement Tender function, scheduling project meetings during tender stage, site show rounds, tender clarifications, information collaboration between stakeholders, tender closing and generating management reports for approval.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and assist in resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues between Suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist and guide requestors to clearly define requirements and scope before sourcing from the market.
• Prepare ad hoc tender and administrative paperwork (e.g., draft Invitation to tender, letters of award) ensuring supplier compliance with policies.
• Carry out any other duties of similar level of responsibility as assigned by the line manager and/or College.
