Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant to support procurement tenders, coordinate project meetings during tender stages, arrange site show rounds, handle tender clarifications, and generate management reports for approval.

You will assist in resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues between suppliers and internal stakeholders, guide requestors to clearly define requirements before market sourcing, and help prepare tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Procurement Tender function: schedule meetings, site show rounds, tender clarifications, and generate reports for approval.
• Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues between Suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Guide requestors to ensure requirements and scope are clearly defined before sourcing from the market.
• Assist with the preparation of ad hoc tender and administrative paperwork (e.g. Drafting of Invitation to tender, preparing letter of award, etc.).
• Assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs with similar levels of responsibility and complexity to the assigned job grade as may be reasonably requested
