Job summary

TANGSPAC SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) on a contract basis in Singapore. You will ensure project governance in line with corporate standards by tracking progress andReporting to support decision making.

Responsibilities include collating staff data, coordinating with stakeholders, and enhancing reports to align with business changes. A Bachelor’s in CS or related field and 1–2 years of experience are preferred, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Able to analyse data, requirements and gaps to review and identify areas for improvements.
• Able to identify potential errors, discrepancies and problem areas.
• Able to explain complex terminology in layman's terms when communicating.
• Possesses ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders.
• Must manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Can actively track deliverables and follow up with teammates.
• Has advanced MSOffice knowledge like PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and reporting the progress of each project team.
• Collate and maintain staff numbers, seating plans, and assets.
• Liaising with stakeholders to consolidate reporting.
• Enhance existing reports in line with changes to business and stakeholder expectations.
