Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Staff for the Group Human Resources Divisional Office in Singapore. The role covers HR administration, regulatory compliance, and coordination of lounge operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HR, is proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and shows meticulous data handling, good communication, initiative and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with related experience in Human Resource.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous about data and information.
• Love interacting and communicating with people from all levels.
• Can take initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.
• Have a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Support expense, budget and scholarship administration.
• Help coordinate and track compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements and internal risk controls for the department to mitigate our risks and exposures.
• Look after the operations of the Lounge, scheduling colleagues who work there.
• Work with Group Human Resources that provides thought leadership and advice on employee in the organisation.
• Other duties assigned.
