Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a capable HR Operations professional for a 1-year contract at Raffles Place, Singapore. You will act as a subject matter expert, handle escalating issues, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and Business Partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will manage HR Operations data, documentation, and reporting, support governance and UAT activities, and contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement across PODHR.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Operational Excellence is preferred.
• Exposure to process mapping, workflow analysis, documentation, UAT, or project implementation activities will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR Operations enquiries and support service delivery.
• Monitor and respond to requests through HR mailboxes, case management systems, portals, and channels, ensuring timely SLAs.
• Administer Employment Pass renewals and coordinate required documentation and timelines.
• Maintain HR Operations dashboards, reports, trackers, and service metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and governance initiatives across PODHR.
