Gov Hospital is seeking an HR Executive on a 5-month contract to support HR data integrity and system enhancements. The role focuses on Excel-driven data validation, reporting, and preparation of audit materials within the HR function.

You will coordinate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and go-live communications for HR initiatives, while maintaining accuracy across HR datasets and processes.

Formación

• Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in HR operations, HR systems, data management or project coordination is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support enhancements to the Performance Management module in the HR system, including executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking and closing UAT defects, updating user guides and preparing go-live communication materials.
• Support internal and external audit exercises, including data collation, verification and stakeholder coordination.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions and union-related data requirements.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather information, monitor deliverables and support key HR initiatives.
