Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a 12-month contract in Kallang Sector, Singapore. You will take ownership of managing Excel spreadsheets and databases, updating schedules and work records, and ensuring timely reporting for stakeholders.

You will provide high-quality customer service when scheduling appointments, plan contractor deployments based on data updates, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Macro) and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of managing excel spreadsheets / database including updating schedules, works carried out etc in the system.
• Provide high quality customer service and professionalism when calling consumers to schedule appointments or for any matters.
• Plan and deploy contractors and teams based on the latest updates in the excel spreadsheets / database.
• Actively collaborate with various stakeholders and teams when handling issues.
• Communicate effectively with consumers and stakeholders to ensure satisfactory and timely resolutions.
• Continuously improve and enhance the spreadsheets / database for easier updating of records and generation of various reports.
• Generate reports for various stakeholders.
• Any other duties as assigned
