Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a skilled Operations Centre Lead in Singapore to manage a team responsible for customer appointment calls, data updates, scheduling, and deployment of contractors. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.

The role requires a degree and around 8 years of experience in relevant scope, with strong IT skills including dashboards, CRM systems, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree is required.
• 8 years of experience in the relevant scope of work.
• Strong IT and system capability with dashboards/tools to support business ops.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills; ability to drive change across a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiar with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM systems.
• Detail oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage all Operation Centre activities: calling customers for appointments, updating database, job scheduling, manpower planning and deployment of contractors.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution.
• Track and analyze trends to spot issues, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Maintain various databases for management reporting.
• Generate reports including proactive analysis on escalation issues before they occur.
• Familiar with IT systems tools (CRM, PowerApps) and MS Office; handle voluminous data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
