Job summary

PERSOL, a leading utilities group, is seeking an Operations Centre Lead for a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role will require onsite work at Kallang Sector, with occasional duties at Tengah site.

Working hours 08.30am-6.00pm, with potential overtime during peak periods. You will lead a team, manage appointment calls, data updates, scheduling, and deployment of contractors; collaborate with cross-functional teams; analyze trends; maintain databases; produce reports; and leverage CRM,

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is required.
• 8 years of experience in the relevant scope of work.
• Strong IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions that support business operations.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills, with ability to drive change across diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM systems.
• Detail oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Proactive and confident taking ownership in a small team.
• Collaborative, communicative, and reliable.
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage all Operation Centre activities including calling customers for appointments, updating databases, job scheduling, manpower planning and deployment of contractors.
• Work closely with cross functional teams and various stakeholders including customers, contractors, and agencies to ensure effective execution of works and resolution of issues.
• Track and analyse trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Maintain various databases for management reporting.
• Generate various reports including proactive analysis on possible escalation issues before they occur.
• Handle IT systems tools such as CRM systems and PowerApps, and MS Office applications.
