Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a 1-year contract in customer service within banking support. Location: Alexandra / Pasir Panjang. Working hours: 9.00am–6.30pm.

Salary: up to SGD 3,700 plus a completion bonus, depending on experience. You will handle inbound calls about account servicing and campaigns, assist customers with enquiries and transactions, ensure compliance with banking controls, and perform data entry accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in any field.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and Public Holidays when required.
• Willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls relating to account servicing, campaigns, products and general enquiries
• Follow through on customer cases and fulfilment matters
• Assist customers with enquiries and transaction requests
• Ensure compliance with banking controls, procedures and confidentiality requirements
• Process information accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
