Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Contact Centre Officer in Eunos to handle phone enquiries and live chats from financial representatives, delivering service excellence and a positive customer experience.

You will record interactions in the CRM, follow up on requests, and support projects as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided to help you succeed. This is a 6–12 month contract with renewal options and a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team
• Comfortable handling live chat and phone inquiries
• Diversity in customers and quick problem solving

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries via phone calls and live chat with customers and financial representatives
• Resolve issues at first point of contact where possible and ensure proper closure
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Follow up on matters in a timely and professional manner
• Assess appeals and prepare recommendations for management
• Perform overtime duties during busy periods as needed
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
