Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a 6-month contract position located in the North (Woodlands) area of Singapore. The role involves processing accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, and related tasks, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Diploma holders with 1 year of AP experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting with 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Oracle R12, OCR invoice processing, or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; good time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices matching with POs and goods receipts to ensure SOX and GST compliance.
• Perform supplier reconciliation monthly.
• Generate and distribute debit memos for goods returned to suppliers.
• Cross-check invoice postings for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice on-hold issues.
• Support automation and enhancement of work processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects with a Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Details

• US MNC
• 6 months contract
• Location: North (Woodlands)
• Salary: up to $3,000 + $100 (transport) + Completion Bonus
• Candidate with Diploma in related field but without any working experience will be considered

Requirements

• Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and GST regulations.
• Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Generate and distribute Debit memos for goods returned to suppliers.
• Perform cross-checks on invoice postings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with buyers and suppliers to resolve Invoice on-hold issues.
• Support the automation and enhancement of work processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• With Continuous Improvement mindset, prepare and assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
• Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting with 1 year’s experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in using Oracle R12, OCR Invoice Processing or other accounting systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
• Good time management and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
