Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive Business Development professional with a focus on the construction sector. The role offers a competitive base salary with monthly sales commission, plus transport and phone claims and a bonus potential.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in BD or Sales, preferably with construction industry connections and Mandarin proficiency for regional client engagement. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

2+ years of Business Development or Sales experience.
Experience or network in Construction industry advantageous.
Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's construction and infrastructure sectors.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Generate sales leads through business development and networking activities.
Conduct sales presentations and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
Develop long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
