Build and maintain a network with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and industry partners to drive business development opportunities.
Represent the company as a specialist in construction to build credibility with clients and professionals.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Act as a hunter to identify opportunities within the construction market and pursue new clients.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and understand customer needs to deliver value-added solutions.
Evaluate and submit analyses on the potential of new customers and their fit with business objectives.
