Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, Engineering or related fields.
• Relevant sales experience in construction/building materials is preferred.
• Candidates with site experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building industry.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, MCSTs, property managers and building owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions, and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify upcoming opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity data.
