RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a construction sales professional to build and maintain a network of developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and industry partners for business development.

You will represent the company as a construction specialist, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. A hunter mindset will identify opportunities and secure new clients while nurturing strong customer relationships and delivering value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of sales experience (construction industry).
• Possess own vehicle.
• Only Singaporean May Apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and industry partners to drive business development opportunities.
• Represent the company as a specialist in construction to build credibility with clients and professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Act as a hunter to identify opportunities within the construction market and pursue new clients.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and understand customer needs to deliver value-added solutions.
• Evaluate and submit analyses on the potential of new customers and their fit with business objectives.

• Basic $3000-$4,200 + Quarterly Commission + Transport Allowance ($600 + petrol card $600) + Mobile Phone Reimbursement $120 + AWS + VB (April/June)
• Sungei Kadut area
• 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Building and maintaining a network list with key stakeholders such as developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and other industry partners, fostering strong professional relationships for collaboration and business development opportunities.
• Representing the company as a specialist in the construction industry, building credibility and trust with clients and industry professionals.
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets set by management, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Acting as a \"hunter\" to identify opportunities within the construction market and potential clients for business growth and expansion.
• Maintaining and managing excellent customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and delivering value-added solutions.
• Conducting thorough evaluations and submitting analyses on the potential of new customers, assessing their fit and potential contribution to business objectives.
