Job summary

YI LIN TIMBER & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator to support documentation, shop drawings and material submissions for construction projects in Singapore. You will maintain project records, document registers and correspondence, and liaise with suppliers, factories, site engineers and contractors to keep schedules on track.

Ideal candidates have some industry experience and are proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with strong multitasking, time

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments effectively
• Good time management, communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, shop drawings and material submission
• Maintain project records, document registers and correspondence
• Liaise with supplier, factory, site engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Coordinate production schedules, material deliveries and site installation
• Support project planning and daily site activities
• Prepare compliance inspection requests and QA/QC documentation
• Handle general project administration duties
