Job summary

yi lin timber & construction pte ltd is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to support and eventually lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Singapore. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, assisting with scheduling, procurement, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have some experience in construction or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn, grow, and take

Qualifications

• Experience in construction sites, trades, admin, or coordination is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and eventually lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Attend meetings and work with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and reporting.
• Respond to emails, prepare safety documentation, and review drawings.
• Learn to interpret construction drawings and timber specifications.
• Help ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings and progressive reviews.
