Job summary

SUNEAST CARPENTRY & RENO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely project deliverables across construction activities.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, preparing and maintaining project documents, reports and correspondence. The role requires planning manpower, materials and site activities and attending meetings to follow up on actions.

Qualifications

• Possesses a degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in Singapore construction industry as a Project Coordinator or Site Coordinator.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site coordination, or construction.
• Interior Design (ID) experience in Hotel & Retail areas is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and drawing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, monitor progress and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project matters.
• Prepare and update project documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities.
• Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate submissions, permits, approvals, and administrative requirements.
• Delegate work to supervisors and workers as appropriate.
• Prepare daily project tracking lists and weekly progress photos reports.
• Assist Project Director or Project Manager as required.

Job description

To coordinate andmonitor project schedules, work progress, and deliverables to ensure timelycompletion.
To liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internaldepartments on project-related matters.

To prepare, maintain,and update project documents, drawings, reports, correspondence, and records.

To assist in planningmanpower, materials, equipment, and site activities for ongoing projects.

To follow up on projecttimelines, work completion, variation orders, and outstanding issues.

To attend projectmeetings, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action items.

To coordinatesubmissions, permits, approvals, and other administrative requirements relatingto the projects.

To perform any otherduties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time totime.

Project tracking listdaily.

To prepare a progressphotos report, ensure to prepare weekly and submit before internal meetings.

Delegate the work tothe supervisor and the worker relevant to the trades.

Job Requirements:

Possesses a degree incivil engineering, construction management or equivalent

Must have at least 2years of Singapore construction industry experience as a Project Coordinator orSite Coordinator.

Must have 3–5 years ofrelevant experience in project coordination, site coordination, orconstruction.

Advantage to have anInterior Design (ID) work experience under Hotel & Retail Areas

Proficient in MicrosoftProject

Proficient in 2Ddrawing software. Knowledge of 3D drawing software will be an advantage.

Able to workindependently and lead project team.

Ability to work in a faste-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines

Working Hours:

5.5-day work week

Monday to Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM –1:00 PM
