The role requires balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and producing regular progress reports. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between site staff and management; ensure all team members are on schedule and tasks are delegated appropriately and materials delivered on schedule.
• Manage clients and vendors, addressing concerns, managing service providers, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Ensure the site adheres to safety regulations, company policies, and local regulations, and handle audits as needed.
• Prepare and submit progress reports on-site activities
