Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to plan and coordinate the PR programme for the project, liaising with coordination and construction teams and affected parties.

You will handle enquiries, mitigate complaints, establish contact with property owners and occupiers nearby, and draft surveys and posters. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• GCE A/O level with minimum 2 years of public relations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva software.
• A pleasant personality & good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating PR programme for the project.
• Communicate and work together with the coordination and construction team and be aware of the Construction Work Flow; the type of construction activities and planned schedule; identify parties/public that would be affected by the Works.
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Establish contacts with properties owners and occupiers of the buildings within and around the vicinity of the project.
• Be Familiar with all affected parties and people who have some interest with the Project.
• Reach out to constituents and MCCs of the vicinity and have regulars dialogues with them for feedbacks, complaints and on any possible position mitigation measures.
• Acting as the first contact point of communication with third parties and the public for any complaints and feedbacks.
• Draft and formulate survey forms and conduct and gather survey feedback on the Project Construction Works
• Draft and develop posters for circulation to be disseminated to affected parties at respective premises
• Establishing a good reputation of the project.
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required.
