The role focuses on applying internal policies to contracts, coordinating tenders, and supporting business development through marketing activities. The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Construction engineering degree and has at least 3 years in sales, marketing, tender, or business development in construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or any equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing, Tender, or Business Development within the construction industry.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, consultancy service agreements, and tender processes will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, compilation, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective and consistent application of internal policies and procedures relating to construction contracts and consultancy service agreements.
• Manage and coordinate marketing-related activities to support business development objectives.
• Ensure all bidding and tender activities comply with the company’s internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Handle and/or provide support for project tenders, including preparation, compilation, coordination, and submission of tender documents when required.
• Coordinate and compile relevant information, documents, and materials for tenders and marketing activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of tender and marketing activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc marketing, tender, and administrative duties as assigned.
