Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Construction Contracts Manager based in Singapore (Changi). The role leads the contracts team, manages tenders, and oversees contract drafting, review, and negotiations for large-scale projects.

You will drive tendering and business development, monitor budgets and cash flow, and provide strategic commercial guidance to senior management and project teams. This is a contract-based position with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or related field.
