Job summary

H SUNLIGHT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to identify tender opportunities, build client relations and coordinate pricing with estimating and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on tendering experience, strong negotiation and networking skills, and familiarity with the Singapore market. You will report to management and drive the company’s tendering pipeline.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years business development / commercial experience in construction or infrastructure sector.
• Hands-on experience in construction tendering, bidding and contract negotiation.
• Capable of drafting tender and commercial documents.
• Strong negotiation, communication and networking skills, result-driven and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction market and tender processes will be an advantage.
