Responsibilities

• Identify tender opportunities using GeBIZE to support business growth.
• Prepare detailed tender submissions to secure project contracts.
• Apply knowledge of reinstatement and maintenance work to inform tender and project planning.
• Review tender drawings and documentation to assess project scope and requirements.
• Review procurement processes and contracts to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage commercial aspects of projects to deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Review client communications to identify critical contractual issues and respond timely.
• Estimate costs for projects across sectors to support competitive bidding.
• Develop and implement best practice commercial processes to improve budgeting accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records to support commercial tracking and cost control.
• Conduct on-site measurements of electrical services to verify specifications.
• Prepare specialist sub-contract work packages to facilitate execution.
• Compile monthly commercial progress reports to track project financials.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Construction Manager.
