Job summary

CRESCITA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced tender and commercial lead to manage end-to-end bid processes for mid-to-large interior fit-out or commercial building projects.

You will drive bid strategy, risk assessment, pricing coordination, and cross-functional coordination to deliver compliant, competitive submissions. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction contracts, and the ability to coordinate legal, planning, procurement, and engineering teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• 10+ years in construction management with tendering exposure.
• Senior leadership experience in mid-to-large commercial projects.
• Strong grasp of commercial risk, contract negotiation and legal implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering processes including bid strategy and risk assessment.
• Review client tender documents (RFPs/ITTs/BOQs) and ensure complete responses.
• Develop structured bid workflows and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate estimating, planning, procurement, legal, and engineering teams.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms and contract risk allocation.
• Manage client communications during tenders, clarifications, RFIs, and interviews.
• Oversee submission of tender documents with professional presentation and on-time delivery.
• Support post-tender activities including negotiations and handover to delivery teams.
• Maintain a lessons-learned database to improve future tenders.
