Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to steer growth in Singapore’s construction sector.

You will lead strategy and execution to align with corporate goals and win major private and public sector projects. You will identify opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government bodies, and drive market research to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Having main contractor experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and senior stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s business development strategy and execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including private and public sector projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, developers, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive market research and analysis to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.
