Job summary

APLUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to support strategy development, identify opportunities, and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

You will prepare proposals, coordinate tender processes, and liaise with internal teams to meet client requirements. The role involves collaborating with the Marketing Manager, attending client meetings, and traveling when required to pursue opportunities across the construction

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
• Well-organized with strong coordination skills.
• Experience in tendering or client relationship management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing business development and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and enhance company presentations, commercial proposals, and other business development materials.
• Coordinate internal discussions and follow up on tender projects and client requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and respond to client enquiries in a timely manner.
• Organize and attend meetings with clients and other relevant parties when required.
• Report to the Marketing Manager on business development activities and project opportunities.
