Job summary

Conexus Studio Pte. Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals to lead interior design and renovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client branding and a productive workplace environment.

The role involves managing schedules, costs, safety compliance, and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients across on-site and off-site sites. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Interior Design/Renovation industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Prepare weekly site progressive report.
• Prepare weekly site meeting minutes.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and obtain permits and licences.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
