• Minimum 5 years in Interior Design/Renovation.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Schedule deliverables and estimate costs; review project in-depth.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations on site and offsite.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly site reports and meeting minutes; plan to prevent issues.
• Negotiate terms, obtain permits and licenses; analyze and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
