Job summary

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East is seeking an experienced project/site manager to oversee complex construction projects in Singapore. The role requires coordinating planning, scheduling, manpower, and cost control, while ensuring safety standards and compliance with project specifications.

You will lead day-to-day site operations and resolve issues with clients, consultants and authorities.

Qualifications

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
• Apply safe and economical methodologies and enforce project standards.

Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 10 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Must have working experiences in site construction management.
• Completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Experience in Infrastructure & civil works (MRT)
