Job summary

SRNL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead project teams, ensure on-time delivery, budget control and top-quality results on site.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal staff, drive safety and regulatory compliance, and apply strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineer, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Familiar with Singapore regulations (e.g., BCA, MOM requirements).
• Strong communication, effective leadership and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
• Proficient in using project management tools and software like AutoCAD.
• Class 3 or 3C driving license.
