Job summary

TSC DESIGN & BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in Singapore.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong site management skills, and familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements.

• Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion.

• Manage project schedules, manpower, and resources to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.

• Monitor project progress regularly to ensure alignment with planned objectives and take corrective actions as needed.
