Job summary

RONGZHEN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive to support HR operations and workforce administration for its construction activities in Singapore.

You will manage Work Pass applications, payroll processes, onboarding and liaison with site supervisors to ensure smooth workforce deployment. The role requires familiarity with Singapore MOM procedures, strong Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and generate management reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, payroll or workforce administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore MOM work pass procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Handle Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and updates.
• Coordinate workers’ arrival, onboarding, accommodation, and deployments with site supervisors.
• Check attendance, prepare itemised payslips and coordinate salary payments.
• Maintain employee records and track work pass expiry dates and training.
• Support foreign worker levy administration and liaise with MOM.
• Assist recruitment, interviews, documentation and employee enquiries.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reconcile workforce information and prepare reports.
• Monitor compliance requirements and address discrepancies requiring management approval.
