Job summary

LBD Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible HR Officer to support recruitment and HR operations across its construction projects in Singapore. The role focuses on office staff and construction workers, onboarding, and ensuring MOM compliance.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, manage personnel records, and assist with work pass applications and renewals while liaising with MOM, agencies, and medical centers. Immediate start is preferred for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resource or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in construction industry or handling foreign workers will be an advantage.
• Familiar with MOM work pass procedures and onboarding process.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for office staff and construction workers.
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and arrange interviews.
• Coordinate hiring process, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
• Process work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
• Liaise with MOM, agencies, dormitories, and medical centres when required.
• Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor workers’ pass expiry dates, medical check-ups, and renewals.
• Assist with employment contracts and HR administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company policies.
• Support daily HR operations and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
