Job summary

APOLLO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive (Worker Portfolio) to manage end-to-end HR administration for about 400 foreign workers on construction sites. You will handle records, Work Pass processes, payroll support and welfare initiatives, while coordinating site manpower and engagement activities.

The role focuses on compliance with MOM requirements, audit readiness, and efficient HR operations across projects, with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications
